The following quantities/Cases are available BY PRE-ORDER ONLY (order/pick-up dates noted below):  

No freezer space is available for case orders and so they must be picked up on the day of delivery (Tuesdays for pieces, Wednesdays for ground)!  Payment is required AT TIME OF ORDER for all new customers, and may be made by credit card or by mailing a check prior to the order due date.  Thank you!    Special order GROUND chicken, duck, beef & beaver is only available on the dates noted below - please read carefully!  Thank you!
